Spanish Cove is looking for a part-time Dietary Aide to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will prepare and serve meals for our residents, ensuring a high standard of food safety and hygiene. You will not only be part of the food preparation but also assist residents in meal selection and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.

This position requires physical endurance, a commitment to work weekends and holidays, and a genuine passion for supporting a caring community.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, move, push, pull & transfer 50lbs.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of infection control and safety measures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve breakfast and lunch for residents.
• Clean dining area and wash dishes after each meal.
• Set up and follow the menu for daily meal preparation.
• Assist residents in meal selection and nutrition.
