Arcadia LTC is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist with dining services, following established menus and recipes, and to adhere to sanitary policies. The role supports residents by helping with meal service and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen and dining area.

You will prepare and deliver snacks as directed, and participate in a team-focused environment that emphasizes patience, kindness, and quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition & enthusiasm, as well as be willing to handle residents based on whatever maturity level, they are currently functioning.

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare & serve meals in accordance with planned menus with standardized recipes & special diet orders. Also ensure food, etc., is prepared in accordance with sanitary regulations.
• Ensure that the department is maintained in a clean and safe manner.
• Prepare & deliver snacks, etc., as instructed.
