Job summary

Arcadia LTC is seeking a Dietary/Kitchen Aide to assist with all food-related tasks, following established policies and procedures. This role focuses on meal preparation, service, and maintaining sanitary standards within the kitchen and dining areas.

The ideal candidate brings patience, a cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm for resident care. Kitchen experience is preferred and will help support daily meal prep and pickups as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition & enthusiasm, as well as be willing to handle residents based on whatever maturity level they are currently functioning.
• Kitchen experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare, and serve meals per planned menus and diet orders.
• Ensure kitchen and facility meet sanitary regulations.
• Prepare and deliver snacks as instructed.
• Assist in cooking and cleaning of prep areas.
