Spring River Rehabilitation & Care Center in Roswell, New Mexico is seeking a dependable Dietary Aide to assist with meal prep, food service, and maintaining a clean kitchen environment. You will work with the Dietary Manager, Registered Dietitian, and care team to ensure nutritious meals and adhere to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion meals according to physician orders, therapeutic diets, and recipes.
• Serve meals and beverages to residents in a courteous, timely manner.
• Assist residents during meal service while promoting dignity and independence.
• Maintain dining rooms, kitchen equipment, and sanitation.
• Follow food safety, HACCP, and CMS regulations.
