Job summary

Clarion Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to support our residents with nutritious meals and friendly service. You will assist with meal prep, serving, and keeping the kitchen clean while following established dietary guidelines.

As part of our foodservice team, you will collaborate on menu planning, monitor portion control, and participate in safety and sanitation training to ensure a safe, welcoming dining experience for residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation, setup, and serving to ensure a positive dining experience for our residents
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to dietary and sanitation standards
• Assist with food inventory management, receiving, and storage
• Prepare special diets and snacks as needed, following established guidelines and protocols
• Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure accurate and timely meal service
• Participate in food safety and sanitation training to maintain a safe and healthy environment
