Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English with residents and coworkers.
• Comfort in working in a Christian Retirement Center environment.
• Physical ability to perform kitchen tasks (lift up to 50 pounds, stand/walk).

Responsibilities

• Serve food to residents and guests.
• Dishwashing and general clean-up in dining areas.
• Deliver plates and supplies to floors.
• Assist with meal preparation and nourishment labeling.
• Maintain sanitary dining areas and follow infection control procedures.
• Safeguard resident privacy and HIPAA compliance.
• Interact positively with residents to create a homelike environment.
• Maintain supplies and equipment per policies.
