Job summary

Warroad Senior Living Center is seeking a Dietary Aide to provide high-quality meal service to residents, staff and visitors in a long-term care setting. You will assist with preparing and serving meals according to dietary plans and safety standards, and ensure timely, courteous service.

Responsibilities include assembling meal trays, helping residents choose meals, and maintaining cleanliness while following infection prevention, food safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 16. Prior food service experience in long-term care preferred.
• Previous customer service experience or knowledge of food service operations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality meal service to residents, staff, and visitors in a long-term care environment.
• Prepare and serve meals and beverages per individual dietary plans and established sanitation and safety standards.
• Assemble and deliver resident meal trays and assist residents with meal selections.
• Maintain cleanliness in all food service areas and adhere to infection prevention, food safety and regulatory requirements.
