Job summary

PruittHealth is seeking a Dietary Aide HCC to support meal service for patients in our South Carolina facilities. You will assist with food preparation, prepare between-meal nourishments, and deliver trays to residents, while following established safety and sanitation guidelines.

As a team member, you will maintain clean work areas, check temperatures, and help ensure guests receive nutritious meals with hospitality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Sufficient education to demonstrate functional literacy.
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist cook in preparing meals, desserts and snacks for patients/residents.
• Deliver trays to patients/residents on halls and in dining areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining and kitchen areas.
• Record temperatures and ensure proper food handling throughout shift.
• Follow infection control policies and safety procedures.
