Responsibilities

• Plate food according to the planned menu using standard recipes and portions.
• Assist other kitchen staff and maintain sanitation throughout the area.
• Ensure freshness and proper temperature of all served items.
• Maintain daily logs and support inventory checks for meals.
• Clean and stock stations, and prep for upcoming shifts.
