Healthcare Services Group in Louisiana is seeking a Dietary Aide to prepare and serve meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will help ensure meals meet dietary needs and maintain a clean kitchen and dining area.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliable attendance, and delivering friendly, respectful service to residents and staff. Training and ongoing support are provided to help you perform daily tasks safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service or kitchen is preferred but not required.
• Follow instructions and work well in a team.
• Must lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Current ServSafe or Food Handler certification required by state law.
• Residency within the service area is required.

Responsabilités

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables and preparing salads.
• Serve meals to residents according to dietary needs and portion sizes.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
