Job summary

Empro-Staffing is seeking compassionate Dietary Aides for a long-term care nursing facility in Staten Island, NY. You will assist with meal preparation, meal service, and maintain a clean, safe dining environment for residents.

Previous dietary aide experience is preferred. Strong teamwork, reliability, and ability to follow instructions are essential. Weekly pay, health insurance, sick pay, and a 401(k) are offered to support you.

• Previous experience as a Dietary Aide in a nursing home preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to residents.
• Ensure meals meet dietary restrictions and resident preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen and dining areas.
• Wash dishes, utensils, trays, and kitchen equipment.
• Follow infection control, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Assist with stocking supplies and inventory.
• Support the Dietary Manager and kitchen team as needed.
• Help create a positive dining experience for residents.
