El Dorado Care and Rehab in El Dorado, KS is hiring a Dietary Aide to join our team. You will assist in preparing and serving meals, setting up trays, and providing friendly, patient-focused service to residents.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic arithmetic, read measurements, and follow instructions.
• No experience required; willingness to learn.
• Solid communication skills, attention to detail, and multitasking.
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate resident needs.
• Ability to read, write and speak English to perform duties and interact with residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and serving meals for residents.
• Set up trays and deliver regular meals and snacks.
• Provide high level customer service while following dietary orders.
• Ensure food quality, temperature, and sanitary conditions.
• Deliver and retrieve trays and wash dishes after meals.
• Follow federal, state and local regulations and company policies.
• Build rapport with residents, families, visitors and team members.
