LionStone Care's Country Home Memory Care in Morris Plains, NJ is seeking a friendly Dietary Aide to assist with meal prep and service for residents. You will follow dietary guidelines, help deliver meals, and support a clean, safe kitchen.

This full-time, day-shift role offers hourly pay of $17.00–$18.00, benefits, and opportunities for growth. Prior food service or healthcare experience is welcome but not required; training provided.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Prior food service or healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
• Skills: Ability to follow dietary guidelines and meal plans; strong attention to detail; good communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in meal preparation and service according to menus and dietary guidelines.
• Serve meals and prepare food trays for residents.
• Follow dietary plans including special diets; ensure proper portioning.
