Responsibilities

• Assist cook with meals, desserts and snacks for patients/residents.
• Use proper food handling processes, procedures and policies.
• Deliver trays to patients/residents on halls.
• Deliver and serve meals to patients/residents in dining area; food and beverages.
• Prepare between-meal nourishments and serve per guidelines.
• Offer menu substitutions and record them as directed.
• Follow procedures for serving partner meals.
• Communicate warmly with patients and families and respond to concerns professionally.
