Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Dietary Aide to prepare and serve meals for residents in a long-term care facility, delivering friendly, attentive dining experiences. You will assist with food preparation, follow dietary guidelines, maintain clean kitchen areas, and interact positively with residents and staff.

This on-site role emphasizes quality service and infection-control standards. This position offers training, career development, and a supportive team in a compassionate care

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; no strict requirement.
• Experience in food service or kitchen is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Current ServSafe or Food Handler certification required based on state law.
• Residency within the service area required.

Responsabilités

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables and preparing salads.
• Serve meals to residents according to dietary needs and portion sizes.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
