Qualifications

• Education: Tenth grade or above desirable.
• Licenses/Certification: ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred, or other food safety certification as required by state/county.
• Experience: No experience required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and portion foods according to planned menus and safety standards.
• Maintains proper food temperatures and safety logs.
• Serves meals to residents and staff and ensures correct portions and dietary accommodations.
• Keeps the work area clean and organized and assists with receiving and storing supplies.
