Rich Square Manor and Villa is seeking a compassionate Dietary Aide to join our culinary team and assist in providing nutritious, high-quality meals to residents. You will help with meal preparation, portioning, and serving while upholding food safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous food service experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to follow directions and work efficiently as part of a team.
• Compassion for and a desire to work with the elderly.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Meal assistance: help prepare, portion, and serve meals to residents according to dietary plans.
• Sanitation & cleanliness: maintain kitchen and dining areas, wash dishes and equipment.
• Resident support: assist with meal setup and serving, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Food safety: follow all food safety protocols.
• Inventory support: assist in receiving and storing food and supplies.
• Team collaboration: work with the dietary team to keep kitchen and dining running smoothly.
• Resident engagement: fulfill special dietary requests and respect individual preferences.
