Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist in preparing and serving meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will follow dietary guidelines, portion meals, and help maintain a clean dining area.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to food safety standards; prior kitchen experience is preferred but not required, and ServSafe certification may be needed depending on state rules.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service or kitchen is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with occupants, staff, and leadership.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• ServSafe or Food Handler certification required based on state/county law.
• Residency within the service area required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables and preparing salads.
• Serve meals to residents according to dietary needs and portion sizes.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
