Job summary

Plymouth Harborside Healthcare is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist in food preparation and service. You will help prepare resident trays, stock food storage areas, and deliver meals while maintaining a clean, sanitary environment.

Qualified applicants should have prior culinary experience; you will work in a compassionate team, adhere to HIPAA, and contribute to quality improvement activities. Benefits include PTO, medical coverage, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in a culinary environment, large-volume food prep and service.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Safely and sanitary handling of food, dishes, and equipment.
• Prepare resident trays and assist in stocking food storage areas.
• Deliver food, nourishments and supplies to residents.
• Maintain a respectful, team-oriented environment.
• Participate in quality improvement activities (QAPI) as requested.
• Protect sensitive PHI and HIPAA information.
