Qualifikationen

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• No license required.
• Experience in kitchen of communities or institutions serving large groups preferred.
• Must read, analyze, and interpret English.

Aufgaben

• Set up trays with proper dishes and utensils for meals.
• Prepare hot and cold foods for residents’ meals according to recipes and menus.
• Serve food for meal delivery and check allergies/likes/dislikes.
• Follow correct portion control and dietary orders including modified/therapeutic diets.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow infection control policies.
• Attend in-service education and staff meetings.
