Job summary

Prescott Valley Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a Dietary Aide to support meal preparation, service, and cleanup for patients and staff at our center. You will assist cooks, label nourishments, portions, and pour beverages according to procedures.

Candidates should have good verbal and written communication, ability to read English, and a basic understanding of sanitation, organization, and safety. Prior experience in food service and long-term care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist cook as directed with meal preparation for service.
• Prepare and label nourishments according to center procedures.

• Follow production sheets and pre-preparation guidelines where appropriate.
