Job summary

Cullman Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Dietary Aide to support nutritious meals and resident well‑being in our kitchen and dining areas in Cullman, Alabama.

You will assist in meal prep, ensure safety and sanitation, manage timely service, and help with inventory while respecting dietary restrictions. Training and career development are encouraged in a supportive,team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a dietary aide, preferably in a healthcare or institutional setting.
• Knowledge of sanitation regulations and food safety standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for delivering quality meals and ensuring the well-being of residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and serving meals, ensuring they meet nutritional and safety standards.
• Ensure a clean and organized kitchen and dining area.
• Support meal service to residents in a timely and professional manner.
• Help maintain inventory and ensure proper storage of food supplies.
• Adhere to dietary restrictions and special dietary needs of residents.
