Job summary

Primrose Retirement Communities Sedalia, Missouri is seeking a friendly Dietary Aide to create an exceptional dining experience for residents and guests. You will take food and drink orders, seat and assist residents, deliver meals, and clear tables as part of a supportive dining team. Opportunities for full-time or part-time hours.

Qualifications

• Sanitation certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Experience serving in a restaurant setting preferred.
• Ability to recognize residents’ needs and respond with urgency and compassion.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• Must have a solid work ethic, positive attitude, and be a good team player.
• Able and willing to work weekend and holiday rotation.

Responsibilities

• Take food and drink orders.
• Seat and assist residents when needed.
• Deliver meals and remove dinnerware from the table in a timely manner.
• May assist with general cleaning, dishes, and food preparation.
