Complete Care at Regent in Hackensack, NJ is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to join our team.

You will set up dining areas, assist with meal prep, deliver trays, and help maintain sanitation under the guidance of a dietary manager. The role requires prior dietary aide experience, good communication, physical stamina, and a high school diploma; benefits include medical, 401(k), PTO and career growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a dietary aide.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines.
• High school diploma or equivalent; food services certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables or dining areas with cleanliness and order.
• Prepare meals under supervision of dietary manager or cook.
• Deliver dishes and trays at designated times and rooms.
• Take down dining areas and collect plates and glasses.
• Discard leftovers and take out garbage.
• Clean food stations, dishes, cookware and silverware.
• Stock ingredients and monitor inventory.
• Assist in tracking expenses and menu planning.
• Help maintain kitchen equipment and appliances.
