Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is hiring Patient Care Technicians (PCT) to support the dialysis team in Clarksville, TN. The role involves assisting with patient care from start to finish, under RN supervision, and ensuring safety and quality outcomes during treatments.

The position offers paid training, a clear path to skill development, and a comprehensive benefits package. Work schedule includes three 12-hour shifts with Sundays off, starting early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in infection control, risk management and patient education activities
• Guide new patients through 120-day education plan
• Obtain and record patient vital signs and machine readings during treatment
• Role under RN supervision
• Set up and break down dialysis blood system for treatment
• Insert and remove patient access needles
• Monitor patients during dialysis, document changes and inform charge nurse of any concerns
• Calculate patient's weight loss to reach dry weight and organize workload accordingly
• Maintain professional working relationships and patient privacy
• Maintain and track inventory
• Perform laboratory work
