Job summary

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support our dialysis patients and clinical staff. The role includes handling vital signs, assisting with the dialysis treatment process, and providing compassionate patient care in a clinical setting.

The position offers paid training, a competitive benefits package, Sundays off, and a mission-driven culture. Four 10-hour shifts start early in the morning with no overnight commitments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in infection control and patient education activities.
• Guide patients through education plan and treatment process.
• Record vitals and machine readings during dialysis.
• Set up and monitor dialysis blood system under RN supervision.
• Maintain patient privacy and professional relationships.
• Assist with inventory and basic laboratory tasks.
