Cowlitz Family Health Center is seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to support dental providers, room patients, take histories and vitals, and document in the EHR system. You will assist examinations and procedures while maintaining a respectful, patient‑centered approach.

The role requires WA Dental Assisting Registration, a high school diploma plus dental assisting education, and CPR/BLS certification. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Must possess WA Dental Assisting Registration and BLS/CPR at hire
• High school diploma plus completion of a dental assisting program
• Experience in dental terminology and office procedures

Responsibilities

• Assist dental providers with examinations and procedures
• Room patients, take histories and vitals, document in EHR
• Support professional relationships with patients and follow up
• Maintain calm, respectful service and strong documentation
