BrightStar Care is hiring a Full-Time Day Shift Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one in-home care. You will assist with personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and companionship. Day shifts run from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering stable full-time hours and the chance to build meaningful client relationships.

This role requires compassion, reliability, and strong communication as you support clients to maintain independence and quality of life at home.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and caring demeanor.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Experience providing hands-on care in home health or related settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation to clients.
• Assist with daily activities: meals, light housekeeping, errands.
• Provide personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, transfers.
• Accompany clients to appointments or social events; provide transportation.
• Monitor health changes and report to RN Case Manager.
