Job summary

New Horizons in Autism, Inc. is seeking a Day Program Supervisor to lead our team and support individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

The role oversees daily program operations, staff supervision, scheduling, documentation, and regulatory compliance. The position requires a high school diploma (bachelor's degree preferred) and at least two years of supervisory experience, with preference for residential program and Therap experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Two years of experience supporting individuals with autism or intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• Two years of supervisory or management experience.
• Residential program and Therap experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support staff while promoting teamwork and a positive work environment.
• Ensure the safety, dignity, and well-being of all individuals receiving services.
• Support individualized service plans, skill development, and personal growth.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with NHIA policies, DDD regulations, licensing requirements, and Medicaid standards.
• Oversee staffing schedules, meetings, training, and program operations.
• Assist with direct care and program activities when needed.
• Follow all emergency, incident-reporting, and health and safety procedures.
