Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for home health in Greene County, Ohio and surrounding areas. This part-time/PRN role provides patient-centered therapy under the supervision of a licensed OT, aiming to improve independence and safety at home.

Responsibilities include delivering treatments, educating patients and caregivers, and maintaining accurate documentation. A valid Ohio COTA license and CPR/BLS are required; driver’s license and reliable

Qualifications

• Current Ohio COTA license.
• CPR and/or BLS certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments according to the plan of care under the supervision of a licensed OT.
• Assist patients in improving activities of daily living and functional mobility.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, adaptive techniques, and safe equipment use.
• Document and report patient progress to the supervising OT.
