Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least one year experience as a cook preferred.
• State/county licensure required.
• Food Manager Certification, or ability to obtain, required.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, web-based platforms, and EHRs.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, portion, and serve foods per menu and recipes.
• Ensure accurate temperature logs and food safety practices.
• Accommodate dietary needs as directed by the Dining Services Director.
• Assist with training new kitchen staff and maintain kitchen organization.
• Maintain proper cooking temperatures and safety standards.
