Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years similar cooking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh scratch-made meals for residents according to planned menus.
• Assist with inventory control and ordering supplies.
• Properly store food and maintain freshness.
• Supervise Dietary staff when the Food Service Manager is unavailable.
• Set up meal service stations.
• Maintain cleanliness in work areas.
• Prepare and stock pantry items for resident areas.
• Utilize technology to create a great dining experience.
