Open or close the kitchen, follow dietary guidelines, monitor temperatures, and supervise aides while maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Open or close the kitchen and operate equipment safely
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary guidelines
• Monitor and record food temperatures to ensure safety
• Supervise dietary aides and maintain food quality standards
• Set up hydration and hospitality carts
• Clean steam tables, prep areas, and kitchen equipment
• Wash pots and pans, sweep, and follow daily cleaning schedules
• Complete pre-prep tasks for upcoming meals
