Job summary

Midwest Health, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to clean resident rooms, bathrooms, dining areas, hallways and common spaces. Tasks include mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, sweeping, dusting, polishing and buffing while following safety policies.

Responsibilities include reporting abuse or neglect promptly, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring all areas are maintained to state and federal guidelines. Flexibility to work weekends or holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Regular attendance and ability to work weekends/holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, dining areas, hallways and common areas.
• Comply with personnel, safety, and corporate policies.
• Report abuse/neglect to the Executive Director or Charge Nurse on Duty.
• Maintain resident confidentiality at all times.
• Move furniture to maintain cleanliness.
• Ensure cleanliness of dining areas after meals and events.
