Midwest Health, Inc. is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment in the Community located in Hays, Kansas. The role includes cleaning resident rooms, dining areas, halls, and offices with mops, vacuums, and other cleaning tools to ensure sanitary conditions.

The job requires following all policies, treating residents and staff with respect, and reporting safety concerns promptly. Physical ability to lift/move supplies and work some weekends or extended hours may be needed.

Responsabilités

• Clean resident rooms, halls, dining areas, common areas and offices using mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, sweeping, dusting, polishing and buffing.
• Comply with Community policies, safety rules and procedures; report abuse/neglect immediately.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and treat residents, family members, visitors, and staff with respect and dignity.
• Report to work on time and as scheduled; assist in evacuation during emergencies as required.
