Sevita is seeking a dedicated caregiver to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities at REM Community Services. You will help with daily living, wellness activities, personal hygiene, and behavioral support in a community-based setting.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants be part of the community and engage in activities they enjoy.
• Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
