We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with various scheduling options. This position may include 8-hour shifts with a weekend rotation, paid at $20-22.25 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Provide person-centered assistance with ADLs per the care plan.
• Monitor residents, report changes promptly, document care each shift.
• Promote dignity and respect, follow safety and infection control standards.
• Participate in meetings, trainings and on-call duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, hygiene, dressing, toileting, mobility, meals, and room preparation.
• Document care and report changes to the licensed nurse.
• Maintain resident rights and effective communication while following safety standards.
• Participate in ongoing meetings, training, and on-call duties.
