Job summary

The Willows at Bellevue in Bellevue, OH, part of Trilogy Health Services, is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to support residents with daily nursing care and services per their care plans. You’ll provide companionship and assist with activities of daily living in a caring team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Active state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (activities of daily living).
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being.
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to our residents.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
