Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including hygiene, turning, lifting, and transport.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure resident comfort and well-being.
• Provide companionship, compassion, and encouragement to residents.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
