Job summary

Trilogy Health Services' The Willows at Bowling Green in Ohio is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily care according to their plans. You will provide companionship, observe changes, and collaborate with the care team to promote comfort and well-being.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Active state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (activities of daily living)
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to our residents
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment
