Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred, CNA certification required.
• Active state CNA Certification is required.
• 0-1 years of relevant CNA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (hygiene, turning, lifting, positioning).
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure resident comfort and well-being.
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to residents.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
