Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to work with residents at RidgeWood Health Campus in Lawrenceburg, IN. CNAs will support daily living activities, provide companionship, and follow each resident’s plan of care with empathy and professionalism.

LIghtly varying shifts include teamwork with caregivers to ensure comfort, safety, and high-quality outcomes for all residents. An active CNA certification is required in Indiana.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Active state CNA Certification.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them as needed.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being.
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to our residents.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
