Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct, quality clinical care and supervise nursing assistants on the assigned unit at RidgeWood Health Campus in Lawrenceburg, IN.

Responsibilities include daily resident assessment, timely reporting of changes, pursuit of holistic care, med/stock monitoring, and completing required forms. CPR certification and active LPN license are required. Excellent Thrive benefits and weekly pay emphasize supportive work culture.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state LPN license.
• Current, valid CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Visit residents on assigned unit daily to observe and evaluate each resident's status and notify the charge nurse or physician when there is a change.
• Identify resident problems and emergency situations and initiate lifesaving measures in the absence of a physician.
• Provide holistic care for residents within the scope of your LPN license.
• Assist in monitoring inventory of medications, medical supplies, and equipment to ensure adequate stock.
• Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting.
• Report occupational exposures to blood, body fluids, infectious materials, and hazardous chemicals per facility policy.
