Job summary

CNAs collaborate with a caring team to deliver daily nursing care and services according to each resident’s plan of care, with a focus on companionship and individual needs.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring residents, reporting changes, promoting comfort, and maintaining a safe environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred
• Active state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (activities of daily living)
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to our residents
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment
