Job summary

Trilogy Health Services seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents with daily nursing care per each resident’s plan of care and individual needs. You will provide companionship, compassion, and encouragement, contributing to a safe, comfortable living environment.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and active CNA certification; 0–1 years of experience is preferred. Location: The Oaks at Belmont, Belmont, MI.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Active state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being.
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to our residents.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
