Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at The Oaks at Byron Center in Byron Center, MI. CNAs support daily nursing care per each resident’s plan of care, provide companionship, and assist with activities of daily living.

Responsibilities include helping residents with hygiene, reporting changes, collaborating with the team, and ensuring safety. A valid CNA certification and high school diploma are required, with 0–1 year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Active state CNA certification.
• 0–1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including hygiene, turning, lifting and transfer as needed.
• Observe changes in residents' condition and report them to the team.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure resident comfort and well-being.
• Provide companionship and encouragement to residents.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
