Job summary

Voyage Long Term Care in Oklahoma City seeks a Certified Nurse Aide to provide routine daily nursing care to residents according to care plans. This full-time role covers double weekend shifts and reports to the Charge Nurse.

You will perform ADL support, assist with exams and procedures, document care, and maintain infection control and safety standards as part of a collaborative nursing team.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per resident care plan.
• Record entries on flow sheets, charts and notes accurately.
• Assist residents with ADLs and prepare for exams or procedures.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to Charge Nurse.
