Compass Senior Living in Broken Arrow, OK is seeking a Care Partner (Certified CNA) for weekend doubles (6am-10pm). You will provide personal care, monitor health, and offer companionship to residents while collaborating with the Wellness Team in a vibrant senior living community.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak English with residents and coworkers.
• Licensing documentation (if required by your state) and be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to perform job responsibilities with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Monitor elder health and document changes for the Wellness Team.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Assist with meals and feeding as needed.
• Support social and recreational activities for residents.
• Communicate with residents, families, team members, and guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and light housekeeping as needed.
