Powdersville Post Acute in Easley, SC is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our full-time nursing team. You will provide direct resident care, assist with daily living activities, and help create a safe, comfortable environment for those we serve.

The role requires an active SC CNA certification, being at least 18, and prior experience in skilled nursing or LTC. PCC experience and strong communication and teamwork are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Active South Carolina CNA certification in good standing.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Compassion for an underserved population.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, professional, and resident-focused.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Assist residents with feeding and hydration as needed.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Take and document vital signs.
• Assist with transfers, mobility and repositioning.
• Maintain accurate documentation and resident records.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, independence and quality of life.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and team members.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team.
