Senior Lifestyle in Lincolnwood, IL is seeking a compassionate Nursing Assistant to care for residents under supervision of an RN or LPN. You will take vital signs, assist with daily living activities, and support resident rights.

We offer a pay rate of 21.50+ per hour with weekend differential; requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 1+ year clinical experience, and CNA licensure per state regulations. DailyPay and a comprehensive benefits package are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years of experience in a clinical/nursing setting.
• CNA licensure required per state regulations.
• Proficiency in English to perform duties and communicate with staff.

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs.
• Measure and record height, weight, and intake/output.
• Recognize abnormal changes and report to a supervisor.
• Assist with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and daily living activities.
• Transfer, move, and turn residents; provide skin care.
• Contribute to assessments and care plans; provide restorative nursing services.
• Follow scheduled resident needs and provide emotional and social support.
• Uphold resident rights and confidentiality; report concerns to supervisor.
